Before I was in a monogamous relationship I always used condoms for intercourse. I was really strict about it even though I was always on BC.
I never once used a condom for oral. None of my friends ever have either. My friends are pretty diverse in their sexual habits, from extremely promiscuous to practically virginal.
I'm a straight-ish female if it matters at all.
To me the risk of transmission is too small to bother, and, the taste and diminished sensation ruins the fun anyway.
Ideally it seems the safest route, but, totally hard to execute or impractical. Just my curiosity at work here, I only have one partner and we are STI free.
